About the Role

Are you looking to make a real impact? As a Support Worker at Diversify Care Australia, you will be the face of our promise. You’ll work with participants of all ages to encourage personal development, increase community participation, and manage daily life tasks with dignity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Skill Building: Assisting with daily living and life skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting).
Community Access: Helping participants use public transport and engage in social outings they enjoy.
Personal Care: Providing high-intensity support and medication assistance where required.
Empowerment: Creating a foundation of trust and growth for participants and their families.

What We Look For

Experience and knowledge in the disability sector (1+ years preferred).
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC.
First Aid & CPR Certification.
A “Person-Centred” approach—you listen before you act.
Valid Australian Driver’s License and reliable transport.
